We design assembly stations, process tools, gauges, robotic tools - e.g. grippers, etc.

We specify the robots and their tools for the process, locate them in a virtual station, set a sequence of process points on robots and verify the CAD construction.

We perform commissioning, configuration and program industrial robots of Fanuc, ABB, Kuka and Yaskawa. We implement new products and models for production and optimize cycle time of robotic stations.

We provide control systems based on Siemens S7 1200, 1500, 300, 400 and Mitsubishi FX, Q, iQ-R PLC controllers. We create process visualization on HMI panels.

We are an authorized partner of the LCN system. We design smart building solutions to enhance user comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
Trainings
We cooperate with the largest engineering training company in Poland - EMT-Systems. There, in professionally prepared training rooms, we conduct training in area of industrial robotics at various levels of advancement.
We work with the use of leading engineering programs such as Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC, Tecnomatix Process Simulate or Robcad. Our experience has been achieved through tens of thousands of hours spent on the implementation of projects with a wide range of process applications and participation in numerous of training courses.
